The kind of customer service that makes you want to tell everyone about them. Delivering to a hospital is filled with several unique challenges, all i did was call with just a little info and Kiko's handled all the details proactively. The communications were timely and very appreciated. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Thank you!

Send a Christmas arrangement to my sister in Park Ridge every year. Kiko's always has a couple unique arrangements to choose from and they always look just like the picture online. Beautiful work!

I would like to say the customer service is top notch here. Very friendly staff and great communication skills.I ordered the Premium set. It was for my mother's birthday/retirement. One thing I would people to keep in mind is that the arrangement may not possibly look the same as portrayed on the website. It's just a floral shop thing. My mom just loved them. So much to the point where she said they were her favorite flowers ever in her life. And she's 68 years old- lots of flower history there.
